Replacement Of Ccd Unit Boards; Cn-1961 Board - Sony HDC-900 Maintenance Manual

To replace the boards in the CCD unit, refer to Section 2-1
(HDC-900) or Section 3-1 (HDC-900, HDC-900/L) and
remove the CCD unit from the main unit to replace.

4-1. CN-1961 Board

1. Remove the five screws, and remove the shield case
(UPPER).
2. Remove the four screws, and remove the shield case
(LOWER).

3. Disconnect the flexible card wires from the connector
(CN1) of the DR-412 board and connector (CN7) of
the PA-239 board.

Refer to Section 1-6 for details on disconnecting/
connecting the flexible card wire.
4. Remove the two screws, and remove the CN-1961
board.

5. Install the new board in the reverse order of steps 1 to
