Inter-character delay

The maximum rate at which data can be transmitted by the MicroBar NX is affected by the
response of the system. By the insertion of an inter-character delay, the MicroBar NX can
avoid dropping characters if it is transmitting decoded data too rapidly.
This feature can only be used with keyboard wedge and RS-232 interfaces.
