Insert casters into
legs on underside of
five-star base. Turn
base upright. Insert
gas lift into center of
base. (See Figure 1)
2. Align armrest with holes on bottom of seat cushion.
Use three 1/4 x 1
⁄
" screws (I) to attach. Repeat on

opposite side. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Use Allen
wrench to tighten
all screws.

3. Align mechanism with holes on bottom of seat
cushion. Use two 1/4 x 1¾" screws (I) in the front,
two 1/4 x 1¼" screws (J) in the back and four small
washers (M) to attach. (See Figure 3)

Align holes and use two down on seat cushion to secure in place. M8 x 20 mm screws (K), one M8 x 35 mm screw (L) (See Figure 5) and three large washers (N) to attach backrest to mechanism.
