Accessing Your User Template

Use your web-based User Template page to change the phone and Auto Dial features for a
customized phone button template.
To access your User Template page:
1. Login to Linksys One Portal.
2. Click on Phone Applications.
3. Click on User Template.

Customizing the Phone Button Template

The User Template page is divided into two areas: the Template area and the Unused area.
The Template area (located on the left side) shows the current phone and Auto Dial feature
assignments. The Unused area (located on the right side) shows the features and auto dial
settings that are available but not currently in use.
You can setup, move and reorder these phone and Auto Dial features for your button
template as follows:

Setting up Auto Dials

1. Click in the Name side of the AutoDial Feature and enter a name.
2. Click in the Number side of the AutoDial feature and enter a phone number.
3. When you are finished, click

To move an unused phone or AutoDial feature to your button template:
1. Click the Move icon (
).
2. Move the feature to the desired location in the button template. A drop target (
)
represents an unused slot to the button template.
3. Click once to release the feature.
4. Click
to save your changes.
