4. Battery and Charger
4.3 Battery Use and Maintenance
- Improper replacement of the battery may cause a danger or explo-
sion. Replace the battery only with the same battery type or one rec-
ommended by the manufacturer. Please make sure the battery poles
are correct. Key points to prolong the battery life: charge frequently to
keep battery power full. Fully charge the battery if the wheelchair is
not being used. If the wheelchair is not in use, it's recommended to
charge the battery twice per month.
Please stay away from the flames when charging the
battery. The flames may cause battery fire or explosion.
Charging makes hydrogen, do not smoke while charging.
Do not unplug the power supply or the socket if your hands
are wet as it may cause electric shock and serious injury.
Do not use or sit on the electric wheelchair while charging.
