1.2 Product performance This series of power wheelchairs were powered by battery, drive by DC motor. Users control direction and adjust speed by joystick controller. 3. Unfold, fold and adjustment of wheelchair 3.1-Fold and unfold of wheelchair 3.1.1-Fold wheelchair 1,Lift up the cushion strongly by hand .Take off the battery and unplug the red plug(as shown in picture1a) 2.Unscrew the screws on the headrest bracket, then pull out the headrest bracket. 4. Battery and charger 4.1 Charger requirements The charger is used for battery charging. During power wheelchair is being charged, do not use The charger should meet following requirements 4.1.1 Charger technical data Input voltage:AC 220V Output voltage:24V/DC Output current:2A for 12 AH ,3A for20 AH, 4.1.2 The battery box’s plug is squared three-pin, liquid inlet protection class is IPX1 4.1.3 The charger should meet requirements of GB 4706.1-2005 and GB 4706.18-2005.

Precautions 1.Do not stop charging until charge process is finished. Repeat using the battery in the not fully charged status will shorten the battery life, so the battery should be fully charged as much as possible. 2.When battery is fully charged, the power indicator will turn to green, do not stop charging before fully charged.

6.3 Turn off power Press the power button all the LED lights are off. 6.4 Sleep mode If the joystick has no any operation for more than 20 minutes, the power turned off automatically, and the system in the sleep mode, system will be waking up from sleep mode by press power button.

7. Maintenance and self-checking Maintenance of power wheelchair including: clean power wheelchair, check tire and battery, and charge battery, for further maintenance please contact with service center. Our maintain suggestions: the power wheelchair checked every half year, annually overhaul. 7.1Clean power wheelchair, tire, and battery maintenance 7.1.1 Clean Power wheelchair Please clean the power wheelchair regularly.

8. Warranty 8.1 Warranty contents - Our goal is to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. - According to our warranty agreement, All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six month warranty. Spare parts have a one year warranty. The limited warranty does not include: labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and need replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts).
