TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Heavy, wet towels have become
unevenly distributed.
Your washer is designed to
automatically sense load size and
minimise water use, therefore the
water level may look different to
your previous washer.
The unique high efficiency wash
system uses two wash phases.
The second phase may be
cooler than the first to minimise
energy use.
Incorrect detergent being used.
Load is out of balance.
There is a fault indicated by
continuous beeping or a musical
series of beeps.
A dispenser may be blocked.
WHAT TO DO
Try washing a mixture of large towels and
smaller towels.
Reduce the size of your load with a
minimum of two towels to balance
the bowl.
This is normal.
This is normal and will not affect
wash performance.
Ensure that you are using a Low Suds or HE
detergent.
Try using a little less detergent, especially if
garments are only lightly soiled.
Touch
and redistribute the load.
Refer to 'Fault codes'.
Refer to 'Caring for your washer'.
