WING ASSEMBLY- AILERONS
Ailerons: Glue the aileron axle (85) into the hole in the wing (-53) and ( -65). Then put the aileron parts (-
59 and -71) on to the axle (-85) so that the axel protrudes out of the hinge towards the other wing parts (-
55) and (-67). Now glue the second part of the ailerons (-60) and (-72), onto the protruding axle (-85) so it
overhangs the wing parts (-55 & 67) by 5.0 mm.
Ailerons: Now it is time to start
with ailerons assembly

Wing assembly: Now it is
time to glue the last part of the
wings (-56&-68)
The wing assembly will be
finished by gluing the last
aileron parts (61&-73)
Congratulation – now you
have the wing for your Macchi
complete.
The only thing left to do is to
install rods from the servos to
the ailerons, landing flaps and
build the landing gear
assembly.
