bare wire on C12's positive terminal. Keep the wires near the terminal. Solder
both wires in place, and cut the extra length of bare wire extending past the
terminal. Figure 17 shows a close-up of the arrangement.
5. Referring to Figure 3 again, remove the 1" piece of wire still attached to the
positive terminal of C11, making the terminal ready to accept a wire from C12.
Connect the remaining wire from the positive terminal of C12 to the positive
terminal of C11. See Figure 17 and Figure 19.
6. Tighten the nut that holds all the existing amplifier ground wires, found between
C12 and the power transformer. Slip the ground lug from the power harness over
this screw. The nut to hold this in place is added after a later step.
7. Form one twisted pair of the power harness along the chassis towards the place
where the right channel amplifier module will sit.
8. Form the second twisted pair of the power harness along the chassis towards the
place where the left channel amplifier module will sit.

Building and Installing the Ground Wiring Harness

1. Cut two 10" lengths of black 22 AWG stranded wire and attach them to the other
star-washer ground lug, as shown in Figure 21.
2. Place the star-washer ground lug of the ground wiring harness over the star
ground screw. Now, put a nut, recycled from the disassembly on top, and tighten
it well. This is important, as it makes all the ground connections of the amplifier.
3. Form one of the wires along the chassis toward the place where the right channel
amplifier will sit.
