Why won't my swing turn on. It's plugged in and still won't turn on. Is there a reset or could the button be stuck

The Ingenuity AnyWay Sway PowerAdapt Dual-Direction Swing may not turn on when plugged in due to several possible reasons:

1. Power Source Issue – Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to both the swing and the power outlet. Try a different outlet to confirm the issue is not with the power source.

2. Auto-Shutoff Activated – If the swing has automatically shut off after the default 2-hour timer, press the Swing Timer Select button or the Speed Selector button to restart it.

3. Loose Connections – Check that all components are securely assembled and connected, as improper assembly could prevent the swing from functioning.

4. Internal Malfunction – If the LED indicators do not light up and the swing does not respond, there may be an internal issue requiring troubleshooting or replacement.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, refer to the manual for further troubleshooting or contact the manufacturer.
