NOTICE
It is essential to take prompt action to rectify any in-
correct operation, use, or maintenance of the emis-
sions NOx reduction system, particulate control
system in accordance with the rectification measures
indicated by the warnings listed on the following
pages.
China NR4 Aftertreatment Warnings
• At Level 1 the emission malfunction lamp will be
on solid.
• At Level 2 the emission malfunction lamp will
flash, or solid and an additional escalated
annunciation depending on OEM display
configuration.
• At Level 2 the engine will operate at ≤75 percent
torque derate until the escalating time is 0. Once
the escalating time is at 0, the engine will operate
at ≤50 percent torque, greater than 47 percent
speed, 1000 Revolutions Per Minute (RPM), or
low idle.
