9.14 Subscanning Unit (Installing the Scanning Optics Unit)

(1) Reversing the procedures described in "9.9 Subscanning Unit (Cleaning the Light-
Collecting Mirror)," install the mirror mechanism assembly.
NOTE
Make sure that the slack of the SZ1 connector cable is not sticking out on the reflection
surface side of the light-collecting mirror. If the cable slack is sticking out on the
reflection surface side of the light-collecting mirror, secure the laser light path with
reference to the illustrations below.
