INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Circulation Mat
electrostimulation system by LANAFORM.
The Circulation Mat is an EMS electrostimu-
lation mat for the feet for improving blood
flow in the lower limbs. Extra fine and light
and can be controlled by a remote control,
it is very convenient to use anywhere you
need it. Rechargeable using a USB cable and
foldable, it can be transported very easily in
its carrying case.

What is electro-stimulation?
The operating principle of electro-stimu-
lation devices is based on the imitation of
the body's pulses transmitted by the skin to
the nerve fibres and muscles. The electrical
stimuli are safe and painless. The effects of
electrostimulation can be quickly felt. We
recommend using the Circulation Mat once
a day for 25 minutes.
Muscle electrostimulation (EMS) is a recog-
nised technology causing the muscles to
contract then relax. Muscle electrostimu-
lation applied to the sole of the feet causes
the leg muscles to contract and the veins to
compress, which helps send blood in the
veins back up to the top of the body, i.e. to
the heart. This compression is the natural
result of the muscles' action when we walk.
Electrostimulation of the muscles in the lower
limbs is used to:
Tone and relax leg muscles
Improve local blood flow
Prevent muscles in the legs weakening
and make them mobile in the event of
inactivity
Help soothe symptoms such as pain in the
legs and feet, swollen ankles and feet and
muscle cramps.

You must consult your doctor
before using the device
in the following cases:
If the symptoms of your pain have not
been diagnosed
Acute illnesses, particularly if high blood
pressure, bleeding disorders, tendency
towards thromboses and embolisms are
suspected or present and in the event of
malignant tumours
All skin diseases
Chronic, unexplained pain on any part of
the body whatsoever
Diabetes
Any sensitivity disorders with reduced
sensitivity to pain (disorders of the me-
tabolism, for example)
During other medical treatment
Pain associated with treatment by stim-
ulation
Permanent irritation of the skin due to
prolonged stimulation using an electrode
placed in the same place.
To avoid harmful effects
to your health, you must
seek medical advice before
using the Circulation Mat
in the following cases:
If you have electrical devices implanted
(a pacemaker, for example)
Metal implants are present
On people carrying an insulin pump
If you have a high temperature (> 39°C,
for example)
If you have a known or acute irregular
heartbeat and if you have other cardiac
excitation and output dysfunctions
If you have a crisis (epilepsy, for example)
If you know you are pregnant
If you have cancer
After surgical procedures, if stronger mus-
cle contractions might prevent healing
Do not use this equipment
in the following cases:
On skin with acute or chronic disease
(wound or irritation) (in the event of
painful and painless irritation, rosacea,
itchy skin rashes and hives (allergies, for
example), burns, contusions, swellings
and open wounds and during the heal-
ing process, on scars that are recovering)
In very humid environments such as the
bathroom, in the bath or shower, for
example.
After consuming alcohol
When a high-frequency surgical device is
plugged in at the same time

report_p PLEASE NOTE!
Use the Circulation Mat only:
On men
For the purpose for which it was designed
and in the manner indicated in the in-
structions for use. It may be dangerous if
used incorrectly
For external use only
With the accessories originally supplied,
which can be ordered optionally (when
using other accessories, the warranty
will be void)
Precautionary measures:
Electro-stimulation is not intended to be
used without supervision by people with
emotional problems, dementia or a low IQ.
To avoid injuring the most sensitive skin
(extremely rare case), always pull the elec-
trodes gently to remove them.
Keep the device away from heat sourc-
es and do not use it close to (less than 1
metre) shortwave or microwave devices
(mobile phones, for example) because
this could cause unpleasant spikes in
the current.
Do not expose the device to direct sun-
light or high temperatures.
Protect the device from dust, dirt and
humidity. Do not immerse the device in
water or other liquids.
This device is intended for personal use.
If the device is not working, stop using it
immediately in the event of illness or pain.
To guard against any potential risk, keep
out of reach of children.
Do not use this device at the same time as
other devices that send electrical pulses
into your body.
Do not use the device close to highly
inflammable materials, gas or explosives.
Use the device sitting down. If you feel
light-headed, stop using the device im-
mediately and raise your legs (for 5 to
10 minutes).
Make sure that no metal object can come
in contact with the mat during simulation.
If you wear jewellery or have any piercings
(ankle bracelet, for example) in the area
of application, remove them before us-
ing the device because they might cause
localised burns.
Damage:
If the device is damaged, do not use it
if in doubt and contact your reseller or
return it to the address given by the af-
ter-sales service.
Check the device to detect signs of wear
and tear or damage. If the device shows
signs like this or if it has been used in a
non-compliant manner, it must be sent
