Should you experience difficulties in the use of this player, please refer to the following chart.

The USB power adaptor (not
included) is not plugged into a
wall outlet or the USB cable
(included)is not plugged into
the mini USB jack on the
bottom of the VO-BS10
Wall outlet is not
functioning
Computer USB port is not
function
The VO-BS10 battery is
dead
The VO-BS10 is not linked
with the cell phone
Volume set too low
Solution
Plug the USB power adaptor
(not included) into a wall
outlet and plug the USB cable
(included) into the mini USB
jack on the VO-BS10
Plug another device into the
same outlet to confirm the
outlet is working
Make sure your computer
power is turned on and try
another USB port
Recharge the VO-BS10
battery
Go through "Operating The
Speaker" process to link the
speaker
Increase the volume of your
device
