Troubleshooting Guide

Solution
Disconnect from the mains for around 5 seconds. Then
switch the unit on again.
Check whether a connection exists. If necessary, pair
the speaker again to the audio source.
Increase the volume on the speaker.
Increase the volume on the audio source.
Press the Mute button to release mute.
Check whether the audio source supports the A2DP
protocol.
Switch on the audio source.
Switch on the Bluetooth function in the audio source.
Use a different playback unit.
Move your Bluetooth device closer to the Vieta
VH-BS450BT.
Replace the battery with correct type CR2032.
Point the Remote Control to ward the unit IR window,
use with in 10 feet of the unit.
