Section 4: OPERATION

Make sure the control unit lid is completely closed. Ensure that all fluid and air connections have been properly made
and are leak free. Air supply to the inlet of the control unit needs to be a minimum of 3.5 bar (50 psig) for the unit to
properly function.
The control unit switch has three positions. Each position provides a different applicator function.
The first position is the all functions OFF or purge position.
WARNING: All color changes must be made in this position. Failure to follow this may cause injury to the
operator.
All OFF Position /
Flush Position
The second position is atomization/fan air ON, voltage OFF.
Atom / Fan Air ON
