Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove Step1. Power Off Step2. Check the Jam Position Insert the Nozzle Cleaning Kit in accessary box from the feeding entrance until feel obvious stuck. Mark on the Nozzle Cleaning Kit and take it out from the extruder. Compare from outside to see where the jam is located at.

Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove 3.2 Follow the instructions below to solve the jam issue in this height. If the jam is inside Filament Run-out Sensor, please insert the Nozzle Cleaning Kit all the way through the sensor to push the filament inside out.

Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove 4.2 Follow the instructions below to solve the jam issue in this height. Loose the thumb screw and open the side cover. Check whether there has filament stuck inside gears. If so, remove the filament from gears with tweezers.

Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove 5.2 Follow the instructions below to solve the jam issue in this height. If the jam is inside the PTFE tubes in Extruder Carrier, please insert the Nozzle Cleaning Kit all the way through the PTFE tubes in Extruder Carrier to push the filament inside out.

Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove 6.2 Loose the four fixing screws on Heating Block. Take the Heating Rod and Themocoupler from Hot End. 6.3 Remove the Silicone Cover. Remove the Nozzle with 8mm sleeve with one hand and hold the Heating Block with the other hand with heat resistant gloves on.

Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove 6.5 Assemble the Hot End assembling back and tighten the Nozzle. Check whether there is a tiny gap between Nozzle and Heating Block. 6.6 Install Hot End back. Step6. Install Everything Back. Please take Manual Pro2-402 Hotend Replacement as reference during installing the Hot End back.
