Note: Note: Different states have different laws about the notification that calls are being
recorded. Administrators can choose whether to enable or disable a call recording
announcement based on their state's requirements.
If enabled, "Your call is being recorded" plays when the phone starts recording.
PAGING
Paging Phones in a Group:
o Dial the Page Group extension number or select the Paging line key
(programmed previously via Control Panel).
To Answer a Page:
o Dial *80 and or select the Intercom key (previously programmed via
Control Panel) to connect to the person that initiated the Page.

PERSONAL DIRECTORY

To access Personal Directory:
1.
Press the "Directory" key (right cursor pad key).

Select Personal Directory.

Use the ↑Up and ↓Down softkeys or the Up and Down keys on the
cursor pad to scroll through the Personal Directory.
o The "Search" softkey and the keypad can be used to search for an entry.
o Once the entry is highlighted, a call is available with the contact by simply
going off hook the handset, speaker, or headset (if enabled) or by
selecting the "Dial" softkey.
To view a specific Personal Contacts entry:
1.
In the Personal Directory, scroll to the entry that needs to be viewed.
2.
Do one of the following:
o Press the Enter on the cursor pad.
o Press the ">>>" softkey twice and then the "Details" softkey.
This displays the name and number for the entry, along with the Speed Dial
and Monitor settings.
3.
Press the "Exit" softkey to exit details screen and return to the Personal
Directory.
