HOW DO I SEE WHO CALLED WHEN A CALL IS MISSED
To check missed calls on an NEC DT820 phone:
1. Press the “Call History” button.
2. Select “Missed Calls” from the menu.
3. Use the ↑Up and ↓Down softkeys or the Up and Down keys on the cursor pad to scroll through the missed call list.
4. Press the “Exit” softkey to return to the Call History menu.
After viewing, the missed calls icon and message will be cleared from the main LCD screen, and the Call Indicator Lamp will be reset if enabled.
