Select the [PLAYBACK] mode
on the operation panel with
MODE SELECT SWITCH, and
on the Teach pendant with TP
selector switch.
Press [ENABLE] + [PROG] to
set the Designated program

number as 990, and press
[Enter].
Set the motor power on by
press [ENABLE] + [MOTOR
POWER ON].
Start the playback operation
of the program by press
[ENABLE] + [SHIFT] +
[CHECK GO].

As shown on the right, when
[Get] is clicked on the Main
Window of the Vision Sensor
and the current
position([Monitor2] – [3 Axis

teaching pendant is displayed
at the same position on the

successfully sent and received
between the devices.
