OVERVIEW If using the Omni Plant DNA Purification Kit for the first time, please read this booklet to become familiar with the procedures. This procedure relies on the well-established properties of the cationic detergent, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), in conjunction with the selective DNA binding of the Omni Mini DNA Column matrix, to isolate high-quality DNA. -
