T h e panel, knobs, cover and other parts of this oscilloscope w i l l become d i r t y a s
this oscilloscope i s used for long. When they become d i r t y , clean them as s h o w n
below.
1. Disconnect the power cord plug from the A C outlet.
2. Wipe d i r t y parts l i g h t l y w i t h gauze or soft cloth moistened w i t h neutral
detergent diluted w i t h w a t e r .
3. Moisten cloth w i t h diluted neutral detergent, then w r i n g detergent from
the cloth l i g h t l y by hand. I f the cloth i s soaked w i t h too m u c h detergent,
the panel or case remains wet after cleaning and residual detergent m a y
penetrate into the product, c a u s i n g damages to the inner parts.
4. After w i p i n g the oscilloscope, leave i t u n t i l it dries completely.

5. Never use thinner or organic solvent.
