By default once a Circuit is programmed, it immediately begins to control the heater based
upon the input information
If you do not want this Circuit to activate until all Circuits are programmed, go to
Setup|Circuit screen, and press the Enabled toggle button once, which then takes the
Circuit Disabled. To re-Enable, press the Disable button.
