4A.6 SECURING VEHICLE TO BE TOWED
(a) Release Safety Strap Ratchet by releasing lock on Ratchet
Lock Handle. See Figure 4A.9.
(b) With Ratchet Lock released, pull handle all the way up and
pull out the desired length of Safety Strap.
(c) Position Safety Strap over top of tire as shown in Figure
4A.10. Make certain that the round portion of the "D"-Ring is
towards the Wheel Lift.
