viewfinder.

FADE IN & FADE OUT
Press the FADER button to smoothly fade i n or fade
out a scene.
FADE IN
If the FADER button i s pressed during the
Recording Pause mode, "FADER" i s displayed in
the viewfinder and the Fade In standby mode is
engaged. When the REC START/STOP button is
pressed , "FADE I N " i s displayed , the viewfinder
becomes white, and recording begins with a fade
in of the audio and the visual image.
FADE OUT
If the FADER button is pressed during recording,
" FADER" is disp layed in the viewfi nder and the
Fade Out Standby mode is engaged. When the
REC START/STOP button is pressed, "FADE OUT"
is displayed, and recording finishes with a fade out
of both the audio and the visual image. The visual
image fades to white.
