Turning On the
Computer
1-6 Quick Setup
Before turning on the computer, you must first check the
voltage select switch located on the rear panel of the computer.
1. Choose the appropriate power range for your geographical
area (100-120 or 220-240 VAC).
2. Verify that the voltage select switch setting is correct for
local power input before removing the label that covers the
power cord receptacle.
WARNING: Ensure that the voltage select switch is in the proper

position (115 or 230 VAC). Failure to do so will result in damage to
the equipment.
