QUICK-LOCK KETTLEBELL
Thank you for choosing Gymstick Quick-Lock Kettlebell. Quick-Lock Kettlebell is an innovative adjustable kettlebell which
allows you to quickly and easily vary the amount of weight that you use during your workouts, eliminating the need for
multiple kettlebells of different weights. Easy to use quick-lock mechanism for smooth switch between the weights
(4,5 - 13,5kg). Rigid design and ergonomically shaped handle allows a good grip and lets you to focus on your training.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Before beginning training with Quick-Lock Kettlebell consult a physician or a licensed health care professional.
• If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should immediately
stop training.
• Keep children and pets away from the product This fitness tool is designed for adults only.
• Use Quick-Lock Kettlebell only as a fitness tool.
• Warm up well before beginning the workout.
• This product is intended for indoor, home use only. Do not use this product in a commercial environment.
• This equipment should be used on a flat and firm surface. Using a protective mat on the floor is recommended.
The minimum free space required for safe training is 1,5 meters (in all directions).
• Always wear protective footwear while using this product.
• Never place your fingers between the weight plates.
• Check before training that the product is in good shape. Do not use it if product is damaged.
• Adjust the kettlebell only when it's on the ground. Do not adjust the weight while swinging!
• Ensure the adjustment knob is securely locked before exercising.

HOW TO USE THE KETTLEBELL

1. Place the kettlebell on the floor.
2. Select the weight by turning (pinch & twist) the selection knob (A).
3. Lift up the kettlebell from the handle (B).
4. The weight plates (C) which are not selected will remain on the floor.
5. After training, place the kettlebell back onto the unfixed weights.
Make sure the rotation knob (A) is securely locked after choosing the weight! Otherwise
it is possible for the weight plates to come loose and cause an accident!

ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT

The weight can be adjusted for 5 different levels:
10LB (app. 4,5KG)
15LB (app. 7KG)
20LB (app. 9KG)
25LB (app. 11KG)
30LB (app. 13,5KG)
Turn the selection knob to choose the desired weight. The weight
levels are marked on the top of the kettlebell. When choosing the
weight make sure the arrow is pointing at your selection.
