SETTING THE TEMPERATURE RANGE (BBQ)
•
To change the setting, press and hold the MEAT/ST/SP button (5) for 3
seconds.
•
Using the ▲ or ▼ button (3 or 4) you can set the target temperature while
the HI BBQ temperature is flashing. To confirm the temperature, press the
MEAT/ST/SP button (5).
•
Next, the temperature of LO BBQ flashes, which you can set as in the
previous step. NOTE: It is not possible to set the HI temperature below the LO
temperature. The LO temperature is always 2 degrees lower than the HI
temperature.
•
To turn the temperature range alarm on- or off, press the ▲/HR button (3).
•
Change the display for the maximum (HI) or min. (LO) temperature to switch
by using the ▼/MIN button (4).
TIMER
The timer can be used independently of the operation of the thermometer.
COUNTDOWN-TIMER
•
Set the mode selector (10) on the back of the device to the timer position .

on the second line of the LCD. The
first line shows the temperature of
the probe 1 or 2 as desired.
