Aligning the Print Head

If ruled lines are printed misaligned, adjust the print head position.

With the printer on, load a sheet of Letter paper in the printer.
Move the paper thickness lever to the right position.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box.

Print the pattern.

Click the M M aintenance tab.

Click P P rint Head Alignment.

Click P P rint Head Alignment.
When the confirmation message is
displayed, click O O K.
The Pattern will be Printed.
Click C C heck Setting to

print the current
setting and finish the
operation.

After the pattern is printed, click Y Y es.
