    6 Aligning the Print Head This operation must be carried out when using the printer for the first time. Aligning the print head positions allows you to print without shifts in the color registration.     Printing with Macintosh Adjusting the print settings according to your needs allows you to produce better quality prints. Printing Open the Page Setup dialog box in your application.     Appendix Printing Data through Infrared Communication If you have a computer or PDA with an infrared port for wireless data communication, you can print data with a cordless connection with the printer. You can also print images, an address book, schedule, or memo received from a PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) in a specified format through infrared communication.

    You can select the media type, page size, layout, and borderless printing in the i80 Setup Utility when printing from a PDA or mobile phone. Before using the i80 Setup Utility, you must connect this printer to your computer with a USB cable and install the printer driver and the i80 Setup Utility.
