Overview: About the box
This chapter describes what you have to do after the boxes with the
outdoor and indoor unit are delivered on-site.
It contains information about:
▪ Unpacking and handling the units
▪ Removing the accessories from the units
Keep the following in mind:
▪ At delivery, the unit must be checked for damage. Any damage
must be reported immediately to the carrier's claims agent.
▪ Bring the packed unit as close as possible to its final installation
position to prevent damage during transport.

Carry the unit slowly as shown:

To avoid injury, do NOT touch the air inlet or aluminum fins
of the unit.

Indoor unit

To unpack the indoor unit

To remove the accessories from the
indoor unit
1 Remove the screws at the top of the unit.
2 Remove the top panel.
3 Remove the screws at the front of the unit.
4 Push on the button on the bottom of the front plate.
5 Remove the front plate.
WARNING: Sharp edges
Take the front plate on the upper part instead of the lower
part. Watch your fingers, there are sharp edges on the
lower part of the front plate.
