STEP 9
Align the handlebar with the center of
the bicycle.

Using a wrench and corresponding hex bit,
loosen (counter-clockwise) the four bolts
on the stem faceplate until the handlebar is
loose enough to turn.

STEP 10
Using the torque wrench and corresponding
hex bit, torque (clockwise) the two bolts
(A-B) on rear of the stem to specification.
STEP 12
Rotate the handlebar to the desired
position making sure it is centered.
