FAQ & Solutions Q: There is no picture on the TV: A: 1) Check whether the correct TV input is selected. 2) Make sure the HDMI cables support 4K x2K when the output signal from the source device is 4Kx2K resolution. 3) Make sure the Network cable (CAT5e/6) is firmly connected between TX and RX.
