9. If the machine appears damaged or inoperable, contact a facility staff member to place an “OUT OF ORDER, DO NOT USE” sign on the machine until it is repaired. Only use TRUE supplied replacement components to service this machine. - Page 5 3. SSEMBLY Required Tools: • (1) 7/32” [5.5 mm] allen hex wrench Loosely assemble both the frames and trays with the flat head screws. To prevent the assembly from twisting, incrementally tighten the 12 screws a little at a time. Keep rotating the tightening sequence until all of the screws are fully tightened. -
