Check the power trim and tilt
fluid level.

tilt unit, and then check the fil-
ters for debris or dirt.
Stuck foreign
substance or
clogs?
No
Check the fluid passages for
clogs or debris.
Clogs or debris?

Check the internal parts (valves,
pistons, gear, etc.).
