What is the preventative maintenance or general care for this machine in the manual? We have the H6005 SN-103795. I see that the machine it self tells us to drain the filter but there is nothing in the manual.

Preventative maintenance and general care for the TPC H6005 machine include:

1. Lubrication Reservoir Maintenance: Ensure the lubrication reservoir is filled with the supplied lubrication fluid without overfilling. Tighten the oil reservoir cap after filling.

2. Absorbent Pad Replacement: Replace absorbent pads every tank cycle to absorb excess lubrication.

3. Handpiece Attachment Check: Securely attach high-speed handpieces and ensure proper latch attachment for straight nose cones and contra angles.

4. Pressure and Oil Adjustment: Adjust the air pressure and oil dispensing amount before starting a cycle using the respective knobs.

5. Door Switch Check: Ensure the door is properly closed for the unit to operate.

6. Error Light Monitoring: If the error light illuminates, check for an open door or system malfunction.

7. Cleaning Process: Remove excess lubrication fluid from the turbine before proceeding to sterilization.

Regularly following these steps will help maintain the performance and longevity of the TPC H6005 machine.
