Introduction
The MIT2 firmware for Directed Digital Solutions is compatible with specific Mitsubishi vehicles. It is a complete
solution for remote start, security (if applicable), bypass interface, and convenience. This guide provides
information on the installation of the module using MIT2. If you would prefer using this system as a digital
solution, go to www.directechs.com and search for the make, model and year of the vehicle. This will allow
you to find the proper firmware and corresponding installation guide.
Warning! This module can only be programmed via the web tool, which can be found on www.directechs.com or using the
Directechs Mobile application for mobile devices. Features and functions will become accessible when you connect the module
using the XKLoader.

Unless specified otherwise, all connectors are displayed from the wire side, with the exception of the OBDII diagnostic
connector.

The installation of an aftermarket hood pin is ONLY required on vehicles that are NOT equipped with a factory hood pin.

The siren is ONLY required when enabling the security features during module flashing.

Connect Lock wire only if ignition controlled door locks is enabled/desired. This feature is be configurable by the installer
