STEP 10 – Using the hopper shovel
• The hopper shovel (C) can be used to shovel wood chips into
the hopper assembly (D), as illustrated in the diagram below
• The hopper shovel (C) can also be used to cover the chimney
pipe (B) while the pizza oven is in storage, once the chimney
lid (M) has been removed.
