    • Satellite: Any system - The MTS 100 is equipped with a 30 dB RF attenuator in the satellite band, and 20, 40, and 60 dB RF attenuator in terrestrial TV, which enables the user to measure signals up to 100 dBµV in satellite and up to 130 dBµV (3 volts) in terrestrial TV with no need for additional external attenuators.

    2.1.- Power Supply The MTS 100 is a portable instrument powered by a 12 volt internal battery or through the main power supply. If the battery is low, the LOW BATT [9] signal will remain lit for a battery voltage lower than 11.4 V.

    This piece of equipment is designed for a power supply of from 95 to 250 V AC 50-60 Hz without a vol- tage selector. To guarantee safe handling, the MTS 100 is equipped with a connector on the side panel for its GROUNDING connection (Mains connector [41]).
