Troubleshooting and maintenance

1. The balance should be kept clean.
2. Take care that no dirt is between the casing and the pan. If a dirt is noticed,
take off the pan (lift it up), clean a dirt and then mount the pan.
3. In case of improper operation caused by a short-lasting lack of power supply,
switch the balance off by unplugging it from the mains, and then after several
seconds switch it on.
4. All repairs of the balance should be performed by authorised service centre.
5. To repair a balance, please contact nearest service centre.
6. Balances can be sent for repair as messenger delivery only in original
package, if not, there is a risk of damaging the balance and loosing guarantee.
