FREQ
Sets or requests the demodulation frequency. Setting the frequency
automatically sets the tuning mode to FREQ TUNE. See the command
description for TUNING. The television demodulator must be in the
remote state to use this command.

Appendix B: Remote Control
Description
Sets the integer part of the frequency in
MHz. X = frequency in MHz/256.
YYY = frequency in MHz – (x * 256).
The range is 45 to 860.
Sets the fractional part of the frequency in
kHz. X = frequency in kHz/256.
YYY = frequency in kHz – (x * 256).
The range is 0 to 999.
