To copy all of the items in your directory to another unit

Make sure the destination unit is not in use.
Base unit: Press [FUNCTION/EDIT].
Cordless handset: Press [CONF/FUNCTION].

Scroll to "Copy directory" by pressing [ ]
or [ ], then press [ ].

Scroll to "Copy all items" by pressing [ ]
or [ ], then press [ ].

Select the destination extension number by
pressing [ ] or [ ]. ("0" for the base unit,
"1– 8" for the cordless handset)
• You can also select the extension number by
pressing [0], [1] to [8].

Base unit: Press [ ] (Send).
Cordless handset: Press the soft key (
• When all items have been transferred,
"Complete" is displayed.
• The destination unit displays "Directory
Receiving" then "Directory Received".
• You can continue copying items to another
extension.

Base unit: Press [STOP].
Cordless handset: Press [OFF].
• You can exit the directory copying mode by pressing [STOP] on the base unit or
[OFF] on the cordless handset.
