Description
The Model 8020-AHV Kelvin Agilent HV Triaxial Connector Card provides high voltage triaxial connections for
sense and force connections on the Model 8020 High Power Interface Panel. Use this connector to connect the
Model 8020 to the device under test using Agilent high voltage triaxial connectors. This connector card can be
installed into any of the Model 8020 channels.
You must supply cables for use with the Model 8020-AHV.

  • Page 4 Model 8020-AHV Enabling transient overcurrent protection Each connector card contains a 10 A fuse to allow maximum pulse current from each SMU instrument. Removing this fuse enables transient overcurrent protection. This transient overcurrent protection is useful for protecting probes and other sensitive interface hardware at the device under test. For more information, see the Model 8020 High Power Interface Panel User's Manual.
