Installing an Expansion Card
1. Power down the system as described in section 3.1 and remove the cover.
2. Remove the bracket and sections of the chassis in the rear. Small screwdriver icons are
etched into the chassis pieces to help identify which screws must be removed.

3. If necessary, attach the riser card to the riser card bracket using screws.
4. Insert the expansion card into a slot on the riser card while aligning the expansion card
backplate with the open slot in the bracket.
5. Insert the riser card into the motherboard expansion slot while aligning the riser card
bracket with the rear of the chassis. Secure the bracket with screws.
