Turns off the internal sinusoidal reference oscillator.
The module responds with a "0" to tell the calling process the command has
been received.
XYC0ZREF0
X—Rack number of the target module (Range: ASCII printable characters, 0
through 3)
Y— Slot number of the target module. (Range: ASCII printable characters, 0
through 7)
C0Z— Module type for the target. Specifying "C01" in this argument addresses
a 443B101, specifying "C02" addresses a 443B102.
REF0— Commands module to turn off the internal oscillator.

This return indicates that the command was received by the card.
