13 TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

Low washing temperature
Improper set cycle
Clogged nozzles
Boiler incrusted with limescale
Inappropriate rinse aid, or it is not
dispensed correctly.
Low rinsing temperature
Inappropriate rinse aid, or it is not
dispensed correctly.
Water hardness superior than 12°dF
or it contains many dissolved salts.
Waste tube badly positioned or
partially clogged.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Verify electricity connection.
Wait for FILL to disappear off the display
If CLOSE stays even with the hood closed,
contact the After-Sales Service.
Dismount and clean the spray arms
(10.2 Periodical checks)
Read "cleaning the filters during the day"
Verify detergent type and quantity.
Worn or broken internal tube for
detergent or rinse aid of the peristaltic
pump, to be replaced by the After-Sales
Service.
This ordinary maintenance service is
recommended at least once a year for
the correct functioning of the dosers.
Place dishes / glasses correctly.
Verify the temperature displayed,
if it is inferior than 50°C contact
customer Support.
Increase the duration of the washing
cycle, especially if the load is very dirty or
partially dried.
- Verify that the nozzles are clean and that
the water softener, if present, is working
correctly.
- Verify that the filter of the tube placed
inside the rinse aid jerrycan is not
clogged.
Verify the rinse aid container and if it is
adequate to the type of mains water.
Verify the boiler set temperature
Restore T Stop ON and/or connect the
machine to hot water.
If the problem is not solved, contact the
After-Sales Service.
