    LIGHTING METHODS: We recommend using lighting briquettes, charcoal starter or electric grill starter for lighting charcoal/briquettes. Lighter fluid is not recommended. During lighting:  Grills with lids: Always have the lid off or open during lighting. Never close the lid before the flames from the charcoal have died down - to avoid damaging the lid surface.

  • Page 8 Tools needed for this assembly: Pliers or wrench Phillips screwdriver Steg 1: First of all , assembly the handle parts with the screw (F) as the photo below shown. 6pcs M5x19 Step 2: Align the handle (1) holes , the lid( 5) holes and the lid branket(4) holes, attach the handle(1) to vent (2) to the lid.
  • Page 9 Step 4: Align the leg base tube(9) hole and charcoal support(19) hole to the fire bowl(8) holes, attach them using screws, washers and nuts (A). Do not tighten. finger out the screws and washers(B)on the leg tube, then attach long leg(15) into the leg base tube(9), turn back the screws and washers(B) with fingers.
  • Page 10 Step 6: Attach the wheels(17) with the big washer and nut (D), then attach the wheel cover(18) to the wheel(17). 2pcs. Step 7: Insert the ash catcher handle(12) to the hold of the ash catcher(13).slip the ash catcher(11) into the frame.
  • Page 11 Step 8: Align the ash catcher hole to the fire bowl (8) holes, attach them using screws, washers and nut(E), do not insert the screw hole parts of ash catcher to leg tubes. Then place the charcoal grate(8) into the fire bowl (9), then place the cooking grid(6) to the fire bowl.
