1. After identifying the problem and taking the recommended action, if the information Codes
keep reoccuring or Information Codes that appear on your machine are not listed above,
please contact your local Panasonic Authorized Panasonic dealer.
Possible Action
Check the Auto Dialer.
Check the remote station.
1. Transmit documents without storing into
memory. Use Direct Transmission when
using G3 Fax Communication.
2. Install Optional Memory (SD Memory
Card).
Wait until the machine finishes printing or
sending the documents.
