Before Calling for Service

If a failure occurs in the product, check the following before contacting the Service Center.
Symptom

Solution
• Plug it into the outlet properly.
• Clean the ultra fine filter
properly.
• Replace the whole filter.
• Ventilate the indoor air before
you use the product.
• Clean the ultra fine filter
properly.
• Replace the filter.
• Use a product that fits the size
of the room.
• Avoid a well-ventilated place
such as a gate, window, etc.
• Remove the obstacle.
• Move the product and install it
again.
• The color of overall air quality
is determined based on
whichever is worse between
the dust concentration and
smell (gas) concentration.
Check if the dust concentration
is worse than before.
• The smell (gas) sensor
detects the gas that causes
