TROUBLE SHOOTING SUGGESTIONS
SYMPTOM
No power to warmer
Warmer will not heat
Warmer trips circuit breaker
Warmer slow to heat
There are no user-serviceable components in this appliance.
In all instances of damage or malfunction, contact your Authorized Wells Service Agency for repairs.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Circuit breaker off or tripped
Unit not plugged in
Temperature control not set

Power switch not ON

Internal damage
Wet insulation
Pan leaking or other internal
damage

Warmer used in "dry" mode

with insufficient water in well

SUGGESTED REMEDY
Reset circuit breaker
Make sure unit is plugged in to
power receptacle
Set control to desired
temperature
Press power switch to ON
Contact you Authorized Wells
Service Agency for repairs
Allow to dry or replace insulation

Warmer will heat the inset faster
when used in "wet" mode. Allow
to cool, then add 1" of water to
well
Clean well with delime cleaner.
DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM
SURFACES!
Remove deposits with a plastic
scouring pad.
Verify supply voltage (must
match voltage on warmer
nameplate)
Remove water from pan until no
more than 1" of water remains in
well
